Had a dinner there with my family. The crowds there are mostly families, since it's a neighbourhood area.

Considering the crowd there, the service staff were still not bad. Not too slow.

I like it that I could just order by clicking at the computer beside the table. Need not wait for the staff to come and take order.

We took some sushi from the conveyor belt like lobster salad sushi, chuka kurage sushi, salmon skin sushi etc. All tasted not bad. Oh yeah, not forgeting the free flow preserved ginger :P

We also ordered from the menu:

Fried tofu - $2.99. Kind of expensive for 2 pieces of tofu. But I think everywhere else is about the same.

Chicken katsu cheese - $6.99. Would recommend this. kind of different. I like the thick cheese :) Abit of crisp on top.

Salmon sashimi (we ordered 3 plates) - $4.99. My family's all-time favourite. Salmon sashimis are thick and fresh. Taste shiok with the lemon, and also with the light soy sauce and wasabi.

Kimuchi ramen - $8.99. Would also recommend this for those who like kimchi. The soup is tasty. I also like the chicken and the egg in it.

Overall we spent around $80 for 5 people.

We were all satisfied with the meal. So it's quite good. Will go there again for family dinner. =)

    32. Spizza Delivery

I have tried Spizza both in the restaurant itself and via the home delivery a few times.

Definitely things taste better when just out of the oven.
However, I think the delivery is also not bad. I ordered delivery for Mother's Day~And my mom liked it alot. As we all agreed, we'd prefer ordering from Spizza than others like Pizzahut and Canadian Pizza.

I have tried ordering delivery for the following:

    Item Name: Adriano
Item Description: Smoked Salmon With Onion Rings And Capers
    Item Price: $11
I love the smoked salmon...tasty~~woot! They come in big pieces too~

    Item Name: Caligola
Item Description: Crispy Calamari With “Pizzaiola” Sauce
    Item Price: $11
Yup quite nice, crispy outside, tender inside.

    Item Name: Claudia
Item Description: Tomato, Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Eggplants, Artichokes, Mushrooms
My mom wanted something with more vegetables. She was satisfied with this pizza and enjoyed it.

    Item Name: Juliana
Item Description: Tomato, Mozzarella, Cooked Ham, Pineapple
This is like our usual Hawaiian pizza. It's nice too~

    Item Name: Lasagna
    Item Description: Traditional Beef Lasagna
    Item Price: $16
    Quite nice too.

    Item Name: Spaghetti & Penne
    Item Description: With Bolognese
    Item Price: $16
    Nice...

The customer service staff answering the hotline are also friendly, patient and polite. They wld give recommendations and wait patiently for my decisions on the phone.

I have been here twice and I find it average.

Personally I love tomyam. So I would definitely order Sen Lek Tom Yum Talay - Stick Noodles with Seafood in Tom Yum Soup.

The soup is great. The spicyness and the sourness is just right. Authentic tom yam soup...the clear type. I like~~
The prawns taste fresh and "bouncy". haha...

I've also tried the Khao Phat Supparod Talay - Thailand’s Pineapple Rice Fried with Seafood. It's good too. But they can do better with more taste in the rice.

As a side dish, I've tried Pla Muek Tod Krob - Thai Fried Squid. Not too bad, quite tasty, the but the squid is kind of tough to chew.

The place itself is quite cramp. I dislike the seats - not comfortable enough. The staff there (even the supervisor) are also quite noisy, especially at the counter.

I find the prices not really worth it too. Quite expensive.

$15 per pax. Normal soft drinks cost around $1 or $1 plus each.

I have eaten here 3 times. The standard is still good.

The variety is not bad. The foods to choose from are fresh and they include seafoods like clams, mussels, crabs, prawns, etc. A few types of mushrooms like clamshell mushroom, enoki (golden needle mushrooms), straw mushroom, wood ear, oyster mushrooms etc. And some other vegetables, fishballs, sotong balls, crabmeat, egg...etc etc.

There are 5 soups to choose from - si chuan, fish, chicken, mala, and tom yam. You can choose a maximum of 4 types of soups. My all-time favorite is tom yam!! They will come and refill your soup and soup paste anytime.

You can also choose the level of spicyness.

The soups are very nice and tasty. (I am drooling now...)

The service is also very good. Staff are attentive, patient and friendly.

The place itself is quite ok. You can sit in the air-conditioned indoors, or can sit outdoors.

One thing I don't really like is that I tend to become very thirsty after eating. Guess it's the msg??

But overall, I will definitely go back again :)

Yayhayy~~Finally went into this shop to try their desserts. To my surprise, their desserts did not disappoint me. I read that this shop is from Taiwan. I'd tried a few shaved ice desserts elsewhere but they disappointed me alot. Compared to what I'd eaten in Taipei some years ago, those shaved ice desserts I tried in Singapore really sucked- quantity too little, used artificial syrup, no fruits at all, not worth the price totally.

But hey! So glad to go into this shop~~They have real fruits on the desserts! And not just a few pieces!
Tried 2 of their desserts only. Wish I could try more. But nevermind, I will return soon!

Ice Blended Fresh Mango Sherbet- $4.50
Damn nice!! Sherbet made of fresh mango! Fresh mango toppings! And the iceblended ice itself is made of mango!

Super Fresh Strawberry with Sherbet and Milk Shaved Ice- $6.50
Sherbet made of strawberry! Fresh strawberries as toppings! Milk shaved ice...But I find it not milky enough. These lost a little to the ones I had eaten in Taipei, but still nice! =)

And also, the atmosphere is quite peaceful because of it's location I guess.

The service is not bad. Staff are attentive.

***Update: Tried Fresh durian and fresh mango and mango sherbet with milk today~~!!! Tasted heavenly!!! So shiok!!! I ordered large size for $8.50.
