I went to Canopy for a dinner recently with 4 of my friends. The place was very nice with a beautiful ambience & lovely lit candles on the tables. We were greeted by very friendly & polite staff and their service was very delightful. We had a few 'small plates' to share among the group. We ordered the Crispy squid with wasabi mayonnaise, crab cakes with red wine vinegar sauce, vegetable puff pastry & the tiger prawns with sweet chilli sauce. Our appetizers were very nice, but maybe a bit 2 little as we were all fighting for the last pieces. =p For our main course, we ordered the Australian Beef, Chicken Parmigiana, Lobster Linguini & the Grilled Snapper. The dishes were all wonderful!! We were all picking from each other's plates the the taste was such a wonderful experience to the senses.
