It's true that Sense management need to improve the sales girl's customer service attitude. after viewing so many comments, i agreed that this is not just happen to only one outlet , but is all over the Singapore Outlet.

Recall back, few years back, i have a bad experience with this shop. I really do not like to pants material. i told the sales girl i got to think twice before make the payment! the sales girl replied me back that "Please do not be so stingy"!
During that moment, no room for me to think further, i immediately left the unpaid goods over the cashier, without saying a word, i stepped out the shop. From there onwards, never stepped into the outlet again at Century Square!

I believed this is the matter of training management from their HQ. In order to further sustained the customer, they really need to improve it!
