Pauline u are unlucky-my advise to you to standby a Plan B & Plan C. get neighbour or child's classmate parent to help for short term etc.

Not peanut & monkey business here-separate maid agency service with the Maid's personal issue....throw her back immediately-get agency's manager to serve you if no one else can handle.
