Yes i agree with Wiz.
I had pigmentation problem and i went to the branch at Whitesands for a free facial after seeing what they done in a programme on Channel U. Of course, at that time, i was treated like a queen and signed up a course with them which costs a bomb.
But as the facial sessions went on, my pigmentation became worst after a few 'special treatments', they claimed to use plants extract to lighthen the pigmentation but in fact, it is burning the outer layer of skin and now i have raw patches of new skin and is like seeing a old book with a new patchy book cover.
During those sessions, they will keep pressing you to buy their ampoules which is another expensive thing. They claimed that my skin is slow in recovery that is why all these patches and they claimed that their ampoules will work wonders to my skin. So far, i did not buy into their idea as i thought that during my first visit, they should have already known how to tackle my skin problem and all these should be facto...
