my mother and i went to courts and got a fujitsu system 4 end of may this year, making an appointments for both site survey and installation dates.

fujitsu (winfinity) failed to make the appointment dates for both. however, we could understand this because the weather has been hot these past weeks and demand for aircon should be higher. although fujitsu failed to make it for the original appointment, a site survey was still done in early june.

however, we had some disagreement over the additional cost for the installation of the aircon. we were asked to pay an additional $900 to pay for the installation which was supposed to have come together with the units purchased from courts. either this, or to use back the old pipings which came together with our home. but doing this, we would not only lose the warranty that came together with the purchase, we would still have to pay an additional $230.
