i'm not sure if the correct department is receiving this email. but please help me to forward to the higher authorities. i'm actually refering to the Nokia shop in causeway point. 3rd floor. not the service center but right beside it, there is a nokia display hand phone shop! i believe the shop closed at 9.30pm. yesterday, 2 July 2009, i went there withwith my friends. we entered the shop around 9.20pm. We were looking at the phones. Just looking around. I believe those people working there should know the meaning of good customer service. Let me tell you, the people working there have no basic manners. Firstly, there were 3 chinese ladies working there. While we were still looking at the phones, once they feel that it was 9.30pm,(when my watch showed 9.28pm), they just switched off all the lights in the shop.. every single light. its like 'We are still looking at the phones" dammit.
