i'm not sure if the correct department is receiving this email. but please help me to forward to the higher authorities. i'm actually refering to the Nokia shop in causeway point. 3rd floor. not the service center but right beside it, there is a nokia display hand phone shop! i believe the shop closed at 9.30pm. yesterday, 2 July 2009, i went there withwith my friends. we entered the shop around 9.20pm. We were looking at the phones. Just looking around. I believe those people working there should know the meaning of good customer service. Let me tell you, the people working there have no basic manners. Firstly, there were 3 chinese ladies working there. While we were still looking at the phones, once they feel that it was 9.30pm,(when my watch showed 9.28pm), they just switched off all the lights in the shop.. every single light. its like 'We are still looking at the phones" dammit. We understand they close at 9.30pm. By right, they should wait till all customers leave the shop then they close. They didnt even let us know they are closing, outside the stupid shop, it did not even state the opening hours. plus no matter what, they should wait till all customer leave, then close the shop. At least let us know that they are closing soon. So we will know. Not just switch off the lights. and then just say "WE ARE CLOSE". What kind of customer service is this? No manners??? I want an explanation for this. I will report this to the higher authority as well. Nokia and such things happening is really disappointing. Reply to this as soon as possible. This is the 1st time i'm experiencing such a thing. Else where, no matter how long, the person will wait till all customer leave. Are the staff dieing to go home? Few minutes also cannot wait?
