Food served in Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao is not bad. However, would suggest them some suggestions for them to improve their customer service. 1. Always clear the table clean before servicing the next new customer, 2. For table arrangement, it would be good if the tables are placed spacious enough to allow customers and the staff to access the way in and out of the restaurant comfortably. 3. Always served customers with drinks when customers are seated and not after customer have ordered their food and food are served. 4. A good manager and supervisor should set a correct attitude to serve their customers rather then making so much unpleasant noise that disturb customers' dinning moods. [Read more] |
