I had just returned from watson store this afternoon and i felt that i've to shared this unhappy experience to everybody although it not happen on me myself.
When i was making a payment at the counter , that was a china lady customer approached at the counter enquiry about something by spoken mandarin but the staff at the counter did not understood the language . First the staff had told the customer she did not understand the mandarin because she's not a chinese and had stopped the speach keep going to finish her things. And then , because the customer did not understand about the english and had tried asked 2nd time but the staff had gave a very rude and impatient (roled up her eyes in a angry face and stepped foward) talked to customer said that" I'D TOLD YOU I'M NOT A CHINESE I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ARE YOU TALKING."After that the customer felt no help still very polite to said sorried to them while the customer had walked away the staff used a malay words "DEGIL" (English means ...   [Read more]
