The service of this shop 2 years ago used to be very good. But things have changed, I was just there today, & the service is ******* ****** now. First of all, while my friend & I were browsing the place, there was a salesgirl who kept "shadowing" us wherever we went.
Secondly, when we asked her questions in regards to what items we needed to link up our pendants with, she always answered unhappily & her face had a constant fucked up expression that was begging to be smashed in.
The salesgirl is seriously ******* retarded, or does not understand English nor Chinese, which is both the languages I used to converse with her in. When we asked to speak to the boss, no one really told us who the boss is, but a lady whom we highly suspected to be the boss just told some other salesgirl to serve us instead, & the salesgirl who took over, wasn't exactly the most polite salesgirl in the world either.
The boss was ******* lousy in the way she handled the case. Seriously they don't deserve any customers at all with their fucked up attitude. I've never been so pissed off by such lousy service to this extent. I sincerely hope that their business folds in. For Good. **** You Beads. Etc.
