i sign only 20 sessions.
maybe i got the worst service i ever had.
i went back and continue signing is a great massage i had. but she resigned and i never have a relax & comforable massage from others.
i HATE the staff talking and walking around so loud.
you won't want to try this spa if you have the chance.
THE WORST EVER SPA i ever signed!!!!!!!!!!!
they do not greet customer when walked in to spa. do not care when customer came out from massages/facial. i HAVE to ask them for a tea or water.

Me too when to a complimentary massage session at Body Wellness.... The treatment was pretty comfortable, not fabulous but OK....
But i didn't really like the no emotions face the staff put on. Its rather not welcoming. The environment was relaxy... and during my hot wrap therapy, the lady that massaged me were talking with her staff outside my room at the walkway... The partition was thin..... i could hear the exclaimation the laughter and everything else... Talk about resting and relaxing.....
After my session, they showed me into this mean looking room and started to rattle on their packages. I kindly rejected them, but they insisted on telling me more... Coaxing my credit card out of my wallet.... I did not purge.... Just insisted NO.....
I should just say... good range of services... but got much to work on the staffs.

I'm not a customer of bodywellness. But have went for trial session before complimentary from some creditcards. I've to agree with ragbede. The ladies there are very pushy when come to selling. Kinda "chase" people away due to their agressive sales talk. That's what they did to me. I quite enjoyed the complimentary treatment and during the process, I was considering signing up in the future. But the sales talk after my treatment was too pushy, it changed my mind of signing up.
Agree with tinkle too, if the packages were good and services and all were well done, customers would eventually want to return for more treatments. Guess they just aren't doing that well.
IMO, Body Wellness is not the best place to go for beauty services.

Just wondering how many years wellness package you have signed on?
I used to have a 90 sessions package which last for 2 over years but no fantastic result.
Its good that you can see result after 3months, because you have to go more often when you have just started a course. And to maintain the body size is yet another problem.
The consultant will push you to sign on more packages!

Mine was for only 40 sessions but was there every week doing one slimming and one wellness session each so that therapist can monitor my weight and health.
Just completed the whole package and was just asked whether I would like to renew a new one. Consultant was not pushy or aggressive as she understands that unless the customer see an improvement, we will not be interested to even consider a renewal.
