I used to love Chomel head to toe. I bought a number of their necklaces and rings - all with blings on them because their designs are great and the prices are affordable.
I love the service at Changi Airport. Perhaps it is not so crowded therefore the staffs seem to be nicer and friendly. The service at Orchard Wisma is not as good. Full attention was not paid when I was asking about something.
Yes, they do provide the replacing of blings when it is fallen but at a policy which I thought was stupid. They only replace 2 blings at a time and the rest of blings you would need to pay at $1 each. The staff told me if I do not want to pay for the 3rd bling then I could bring it to another outlet to replace it. Even though, it is just a dollar but I think it is stupid and make me go to another outlet. Moreover, even after replacing those blings, it came off within 2 weeks so I gave up replacing them. I’m not sure if it is the workmanship of the staff or the quality of the glue they used to stick those blings. Once they need to send my necklace back because they do not have the blings on hand and I have to go down and collect a week later.
Summarizing what I have said, the price you pay is the quality you get.

Chomel is well known for its hair accessory and jewellery. Most of its hair accessory and jewellery make use of coloured gemstones. Thery are often displayed according to their colours: red, pink, yellow, blue, black. They also have a pearl collection but for this collection they do not have hair accessory.
Prices for its hair accessory is $13 to about $30. As for its jewellery $18 to over $100 for some pieces.
It offers after-sale service as well. Stones that have fallen off could be replaced at little or no cost. Its packagings are pretty as well. Hair accessory come in small pouches, while its jewellery come in boxes with Chomel plastic bags.
However some of its collection are only available at certain branches. For example, they have a metallic collection which is only available at Metro (Paragon).
