Ms Val arrange our trip to JB, Malaysia even there's only 2 of us and on a short notice and took the initiative to arrange a morning trip knowing we will be heading for Malacca for our short holiday (the usual trip starts at 1230pm) and also arrange additional transport to a bus terminal where we can buy coach tickets. We had a great time at the horse farm under Alex, a friendly and professional coach learning how to ride an adult horse and I do not mean the coach pulling the horse along the path. The farm was clean and well managed. Friendly tour guide Felice pick us up with a comfortable car when we are expecting a "run-down" van. She also help us arrange a taxi driver to Malacca after the horse farm. Upon returning to Singapore, Val follow up with us on our experience and refunded my S$20 for the additional transport to bus terminal which we did not utilise. I merely speak of which to Felice and she has conversed my intention at first instance to company. A great team who value customer service, concern about customer's safety and goes the extra mile. We would surely engage them again for other adventure activities.
