Buy insurance = shopping online, it's really possible. Site were easy to use and understand, no technical words. Got my car insurance done in a jiffy... I just need to get my renewal letter ready, fill up the online form, and pay online, just like any other online shopping today! Cheaper than what my agents quote me too... And here you get to choose what you need, not just "all bundle in" blindly and not knowing what you are paying for. The customer service team are fantastic, I called to amend my policy, the call was picked up immediately (no more boring waiting tunes), and my request was done so quick, and she even take the time to answer my silly questions.
Few days later, I received my car policy in a very nice leather folder, with handy tips for when accident happens, and small patch for emergency windscreen repairs too!!

Cheap car insurance from these guys and great service too. It's not often that you get to save money and get decent service - they usually skimp on something to get the costs down. I can't fault them though - I bought online, but later had a question, so rung the helpline. They were *really* helpful and spent ages going through my beginners questions. Awesome!
Insurance is one of those things you wish you didn't need to have (until you need to call on it!). But these guys didn't feel like the usual con-men pushing me into buying more than I needed. I chose exactly what I wanted on the website, and bingo - the job was done
