I paid a trial price of $98 for the massage (the original price is $155) and I couldn't agree more with the above user. My therapist was also pleasant and her strokes were soothing, but I have visited other similar priced spas, for e.g. So Spa , and their massage also include usage of facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, mud pool, etc. So at $155 for just the massage alone with no facilities, it is def not worth the price.

Also, the service is not impressive at all. First, the website has the old promotions list which are quite attractive, but when i called, they said that the offer prices were not valid. Till today, the website is STILL not updated. One of their tactics or plain laziness?

Then they undercharged me at the payment counter and called me at 9 plus at night to ask me to pay back the difference. I told them I would do a transfer. The amt was $59.706 and they told me to pay $59.71. I don't give two hoots about small difference, but it was the act of rounding UP the amount after causing such an inconvenience that makes their service super fail. After I transferred the amount and logged out, they texted me to give them a transfer slip. OMG, how much more do they want to inconvenience a customer? Can't they check their own account? How many pple would transfer them $59.71 on a Wednesday??

The only saving grace was the nail salon. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Deserves a mention as the girl was friendly and 'repaired' my nails cheerfully after I damaged it slightly.

But for the massage, never going back there again!

I bought a Groupon voucher for $58 which includes 1 hour massage 1 hour facial 10min detox foot soak. I thought it was a good deal, no?

The reception area gave us quite a good impression as it looked really nice, plus clean and tidy. The usual filling up of particulars, changing of robes etc, was in line.

A note too that they dont have washrooms of their own so visit one before you go for your appointment.

What the voucher says:" - Welcome Drink and Snack - 60 minute Full Body Massage - 60 minute Kerstin Florian Facial - 10 minute Detox Foot Soak

Choose from 4 types of massages: - Customised - Aromatherapy - Oriental - Fusion

Massage - - the massage started before I could ask about the choice of massage stated on the voucher. Oh well. The therapist was not too bad with her firm strokes and pleasant enough throughout the whole treatment.

Facial - the facila was normal, with cleansing, exfoliating, steam, extraction, and masking. I like it that they use a hand mix mask instead of a sheet mask.

Foot soak - we were told it was a sea salt detox mask but it looked like plain water to me.

The welcome drink and snack became a 'farewell' thing as they only served us during our food soak which was the last treatment. Nothing to shout about crappy ham and mayo heavy sandwiches. I also asked them why we werent given a choice of the massage as stated on the voucher and the masseur said oh because she used a combi of all 4 massages. RRiiiight.
