Estivo is a gem & relatively unknown as compared to other famous ice cream and gelato places like Island Creamery & Ben & Jerrys. It is part of a row of shops in Greenwood avenue which is located just behind my school. And they serve marvellous gelato.

Quaint and simply emitting quiet charm, Estivo is a place to unwind and catch up with a friend or two. You can choose from 19 delectable flavours, although they do change quite frequently. They have almost everything, from simply strawberry to milo or horlicks and rocher and hazelnut, as well as a significant variety of sorbets as well. A must try is the gelato with brownie. I never fail to order it whenever im there=) It comes with a scoop of your choice gelato with a warm moist brownie drizzled in chocolate sauce. i always get the simply strawberry because it really is tangy and simply good. The brownies are those that really melt in your mouth, really heavenly. & the whole set is only $4.50. Alternatively, you can just go for the gelato alone ( it comes in different sizes too and you can mix flavours) or order it together with a waffle also drizzled in chocolate sauce for $5.00.

While enjoying your sweet treats, they also offer free water that you get yourself, as well as other snacks like Lays potato chips, lollipops and cookies. For something bigger, they also serve main meals like Pasta and sandwiches too. On weekends, they are open for you to grab a spot of breakfast.
