Unlike most dental clinics that have 1 or 2 dentists on duty. First Impression has different dentists on duty everyday. However if you personal preference you may request to see the dentist you prefer.

I actually made an appointment only on the previous day and I was allocated a slot. I was quite surprised as most other dental clinics require me to wait at least a week for the next available appointment.

I arrived slightly earlier before my time and was asked to wait. The nurses were friendly and polite, and they were also gowned and masked.

The clinic is quite impressive. There was a TV, water dispenser with both cold & hot water. Instant coffee, sugar, stirrer were also provided. The seats were 2 sofa and 2 red chairs that looked very trendy. Between the sofa was a glass coffee table with magazines. A few pots of plants adorned the clinic.

Despite the comfortable surrounding, the waiting time was terrible. I waited 1.5 hr for my turn. The dentist explained that it was be'cos of an urgent case and apologised to me. I only went for basic checkup and scaling, and the procedure went ok.
Apart from the waiting time, other aspects of this clinic are fine.
