Hi everyone, I am very angry & frustrated by the service of Gucci in Singapore. Firstly, there isn't any proof of purchase or Certification of the geniune of the Bag. Last year aug, my friend give a GUCCI Bag as my Birthday Present.. This year July, when i take it & use it again as my birthday is coming, found out the handle thread had come out.. Oh my god!! Initial it was minor.. however, it getting bad to worst. .Initially, I wonder a so expensive Bag which worth $1080 also had faulty problem.. How could it be? Quality Problem??? Or it was made in China?? What Shld I do? So I decided to went to Paragon Gucci & seek their consultation.. It was horrible, I was told I need to pay for the repair cos I do not have the receipt.. I wonder is the receipt relevant? If you are the person who give Gucci Bag to your friend, will you bother to keep the receipt & keep for 1 yr? I wonder... I believe that there are alot of friends out here do encounter this problem.. I wish they could do something abt it.. Branded Brand doesnt mean that they do not need to do this.. It gives Customer Satisfaction especially when there are alot of competitive brand coming esp in ION.. pls do something abt it...
