As it’s the CNY period, Ichiban Sushi offered Salmon Yusheng which comes in 3 sizes. Smallest was $19.80, medium for $29.80 and largest for $36 . Medium and large sizes are available for take away too.
Our group of 5 shared the 2-3 pax set for $19.80 , and it was more than enough for us. It came with 12 pieces of salmon sashimi, and I have to say this yusheng was abit more sour than the other yushengs I had this year, but nonetheless was still yummy.
This place offers lovely crispy lobster sushi too! Yums

his branch was super packed on a weekday dinner, when we left at almost 9, there was still a queue outside, however was still a good dining experience! Will be back for more!
