In the annals of Japanese ramen, their broth is a sensation. Without a pork bone base, the revolutionary and new broth is made with mainly fried shrimp, giving it a very rich flavour. Their choice of soy sauce is also carefully selected; only white soy sauce is used.

Was there with a friend for lunch. I love their free seasoned beansprouts. It's seasoned with sesame oil and also vinegar (I think).
I went to their other branch - Tonkotsu King Four Seasons at Bugis Village, where they provide free seasoned beansprouts and hard boiled eggs. Over at Parco, only the seasoned beansprouts are available for free.
We had the crab soup based ramen and gyoza. The soup base is thick and flavourful. Those who loves the seafood taste will definitely likes it. The gyoza were good too.
