My friend just visited this spa today after a telephone enquiry which a consultant mentioned that there is a tummy or back mask included in the massage trial for $25 under UOB promo.But when she reach there with her partner,she was told to pay extra for the tummy mask.
After the massage,my friend wanted to pay using Diners Club Card as they have a promo for 2 persons at $48 since the UOB promo did not include the tummy mask.Yet the consultant say cannot change the card as they have keyed into their computer.But since payment has not been made yet,why can't the customer change a different card to pay?In that case,the consultant should have at least checked what cards the customer has and offer some suggestions in the beginning before 'keying in'.
Ultimately i think the staff are just too lazy to make an effort to change the payment details.And because my friend did not want to take up a package,the consultant just let her sign for the payment at the counter while she was returning from the ladies(previously the consultant was talking to them in the discussion room),and left them to leave on their own??Is this the kind of service Spas in Orchard Rd have nowadays?Then i am really worried for Singapore.
