I did the thermoactive laser therapy last year when they had a promotion. Actually i didn't want to go for slimming but since there was a free trial , i decided to try it out with my girl friend. It felt pretty good and i decided to sign up for a package ( haha, with the year end bonus). Lost a total of 3.5 kgs after 8 sessions. Not very dramatic like 20 kgs but i think i was to be blamed too. Didn't really follow the diet plan and drunk too much boze during the weekend chillouts. I liked my therapist. She's very professional and always make sure that i was comfortable. I heard of some centres where the customers freeze in the rooms. Anyway, just my 2 cents.

That is quite the coincidence apple01, I visited marie france too and was recommended the same package as you, (thermoactive laser therapy) and I was extremely fustrated/puzzled with the results. Constant weight loss was noticed during the duration of the therapy, (along with the presence of stretch marks) however the results were not as consistent as I had hoped it would be, and within a week after the therapy ended I started putting on weight again? Friends have advised me that nothing beats the benefits of exercising and the sudden weight loss is largely associated with rapid water loss, however one can't really help but hope for miracles can they? Rather disappointing for the amount of money spent but I guess if one wants to try out the feeling of having lost a good 7-9 kgs one could try it I guess but I would not really recommend it.

I visited marie france recently and decided on one of the slimming packages (the thermoactive laser therapy one), but i wasnt really happy with the package that i got cos it only worked for like the first few times then i mysteriously gained the weight back after that...
the session was ok, could feel something the first time i went... like some fats melting away and i do feel kinda slimmer, but then again it might be a psychological effect (since i paid so much for it, it had better work rite?)... but the changes isnt that dramatic like what they say on the website or advertised with those celebrities....
