4 Reviews for “Mos Burger (Compass Point)” - Restaurants
I think what is special about Mos Burger is its Rice bun, instead of the usual Bread bun that we find in almost all burgers. My favourite is the Eel Burger, but I don't think they are still selling it. I tried the seafood burger before, where carrots and seafood are fried together in flour, and stuffed between the Rice bun. The Japanese style salad is another item I tasted, but I don't find either of the 2 are mouthwatering enough to tempt me to return for more, unless I need a quick bite.
But on the whole, I think Mos Burger still offers fairly appetitising food (depending on individual taste) such that it has a faithful stream of followers.

This outlet is very small with not many seats. I have not eaten in there for more then 2times in 5years, everytime Im there, it's crowded and there are people queuing. I dont like to queue when Im hungry or while eating, people standing besides you eyeing your seats, not comfortable.
Mosburger's terayaki chicken burger is my favourite, think this is the only fast food restuarant serves the whole piece of meat, alot of others serve minced meat. I like the sauce and the lettuce that are crispy, a perfect match.
Im sure alot of you agreed with my choice

Mosburger. Somewhere i would gladly patronize whenever i have a pang for fast food. This branch in compass point exhibits a rather homely feeling with it being rather small. Seating capacity is probably around 20 -30 people when totally full.
Like all Mos burger joints, my favorite items are the fishburger and the teriyaki chicken burger. Both are excellent imho.
The set meals come with huge fries which look like wedges and nice chili and tomato ketchup which are more sweet then spicy.
The fishburger is great with the small gripe being that its been getting smaller and smaller over the years. This branch thankfully, serves the burgers hot unlike others which i've eaten at, for example, tampines central branch. The sauce is still the star of the day and if the fish patty is hot, this burger is just awesome.
The teriyaki chicken burger is equally good with crispy crunchy lettuce and a well marinated chicken patty which remains juicy and tender and sweet with each bite. Another winner.
Overall, the Compasspoint branch does pretty well if the seating capacity can increase a little. I hate waiting in line for seats when i'm hungry.

The shrimp cutlet burger is top of the menu, as of now.
It is a sort of limited edition burger that is available for a limited time now that is priced slightly lower than the average price for a burger, at $3.55.
The unagi burger is a must-taste, with a generous slab of unagi eel wedged between two fluffy rice patties($3.70).
The ebi rice bruger is also a favourite, bursting with chunks of prawn in a golden patty and the usual warm rice patties encasing it($3.70).
Fancy eating fish burger? Their version is a ...guess what? Vegetable based one(except for the fish patty!). Crisp pieces of lettuces replace the usual bun and surprisingly, it tastes really good and light. Perfect for a quick snack!
The meal is best topped off with a packet of fries and Ichigo Bliss( Yoghurt coated strawberry,3 pieces). The fries are in its golden, thick glory of potato strips and the yoghurt strawberry, well, bursting with youghurt and ruby-red sweet strawberry.
If you do not like the slightly sweet unagi sauce that comes with the rice burger, you can request for no sauce without problem.Personally, I think it spoils the taste.
