This shop at JP1 sells hats, handbags and bracelets with choice of charms. The bags are from Hongkong while the hats are mostly from Korea.
Most of the hats cost $29-$39. Usually there are quite a mix of designs to choose from. However the pieces for each design are limited, hence you may have to buy the display piece.
I particularly like the charm bracelets where you get to choose from a wide variety of charms. The charms are usually decorated with crystals. Some are colourful, while others are monochromatic. Designs include shoes, teddy bears, animals, etc. Staff will then insert the selected charms onto the bracelet. Prices start from around $30 for a bracelet.
The shop is usually manned by 2 sale girls. Thankfully, they usually don't hound you the moment you step into the shop, instead they allow you to browse at leisure.
