I was there for lunch with my friends yesterday.
After We had fished our food , We asked the waitress to serve our dessert . When we were waiting our dessert, many waiter and waitress walking past our table but none of them clear our plate and bowl. When our dessert came, We asked the waiter to clear the table but he said that he will ask his colleague to clear it but when we finished our dessert none of them had came. The dessert we order is warm chocolate cake but it not what we expected for, the cake is cold not warm.
We are quite disappointed about the service and food pizza hut had provided.

I was there for lunch with my friends one day. The drink was served in a jug by a middle-aged waitress after we ordered our food. Just as she turned about to walk off, one of my friend asked her to pour the drink into cups for us. Personally, I thought that it was only right for the waitress to serve us the drink instead of leaving the jug of drink there.
My friend passed another remark saying ''We are paying for GST what." The waitress banged the jug on the table after pouring the drink into cups for us.
Poor service is the problem in many areas in Singapore. This is a restaurant and naturally, service standards should also be higher.
I believe many of us have also experienced poor service standards in other restaurants be it fast food restaurants of fie-dining restaurants. Ugly ugly behaviour.
