Surprise your loved ones.. By calling asking my wife to collect the flowers herself at the roadside instead of delivering to the unit just because dont want to park delivery vehicle. Specifically said do not contact recipient but they still called. Ruined anniversary surprise. Then caused a scene at the office and upset my wife... Dont bother using them! first and last time I will. Worst service. Driver just say you can complain to the company he is just a delivery guy. Can't be bothered. After creating a scene and problems sent me a text to apologise. Abit too late.. Damage done.. And I'm not the person he should be apologizing to in the first place.

Late delivery but eventually came and product is as described in the website.
Website ordering platform was a little dated and interface not great.
Customer service lines not very effective. Had trouble contacting anyone and finding out whether delivery had occurred or not. Also, order tracking on the website did not update to record delivery.
Overall, I would probably try another competitor next time as I was unimpressed.
Suggest to the owners that they improve their service.
Also, prices are expensive.

I brought 2 bouquets of flowers for my mother and my mother-in-law at the same time. It is for mother's day.
I did something wrong during the order process. I placed 2 bouquets of flowers in 1 order. That means both of them delivery at the same address. I immediately gave them a call and was resolved on the spot.
Both delivery arrived on time as indicated time range. This surprise gifts bring smile to both of them which are priceless.
I agree with Jeslyn on Far East Flora; they are quite Ex. That is why I choose Prince's Flower Shop for my delivery.
