I'm very much disappointed that my graduation, which is a happy occassion, is turning to an angry affair, all because of Serangoon Broadway.
I was not told prior to paying the deposit, that the unchosen photographs, termed as 'samples' would have the word "SAMPLES" stamped onto the front of the pictures.
If I had known that, I would NEVER have chosen this studio.
Also, their so called make-up, is a chop chop, 3 to 5 minutes style.
There were several things that they did not state.
I feel cheated.

It's a bad experience going for photo shooting at Serangoon Broadway. They will definitely recommend you the 'EXPENSIVE' package and if you decide to choose another package, they will keep pestering you. I felt that their customer service are not professional at all. If not that my family member decide to proceed with the package, i would not change my mind and chose the other package. Their photo qualities are similar to any other photo studios. Their make up artists' skills are below average, ladies get prepared to look like a monkey bum =P It's really disappointing.......

My sis and I had our graduation photos taken there with my parents. The staff are friendly and will explai to you about the package that best suits for you and your family. That day my sis and I wanted to change last minute from solo shots to pair.. and they allow us to change straight away.
While taking the photos this uncle said I smile "too hard", and all my family members started laughing and we could not get our photos taken. But they let us "cool down" for awhile. The photographer knows how to put us at ease. But I don't feel comfortable taking because the angle and how much I can tilt my head he will "correct" it which I was thinking "does it really matter?" so I end up quite stiff because I am not in a comfortable position. I also choose a soft toy to take the pics which was a rabbit! Hahas, no link with graduation but I love rabbits~ if only they can have more soft toy choices because the rabbit looks dirty in the photo...
They gave ample time to choose which photos you want to develop. We had quite a hard time choosing cause' all looks okay, just that my mum didn't smile. Think she was also feeling quite uncomfrotable during the shoots. Backgrounds think quite standard across Singapore, the orange or blue shades and the bookshelves thingy. So if you go to your friends' or relatives' house you will see the same background.
But the photos turn out very nice. I love it, it's my first time taking family photos in a studio and it was an enjoyable experience.
