RST is wheel-chair friendly. They have a lot of children programme over times. The last time I went to watch was with my students and they enjoyed the "Tooth Fairy" musical so much. They will also arranged the casts to talk to the children at the end. We teachers had to keep bringing the kids to the toilet but the staff are understanding. I think it's a children-friendly place to enjoy a show as you don't have to worry about how your kids are going to spoil other audience's mood.

However I had an awful experience with the staff the first time I went there. Because I was quite late for a show and was just asking if I can change the show timing. Instead of telling me nicely that it could not be done, a staff said it was my fault I was late. I thought she could have put it in better words, it really hurt my feeling. But I just get another ticket for another day anyway. So if you need to go there, please check out HOW to go first and not end up late and sweaty like me. Another of my friend also said she had a bad experience from a rude staff there.
