Singtel aims to provide the best service to its customers. Although its per minute billing is super annoying, i do agree with their standard of service.
I went to this hello! shop once, and the experience is really great. After a 15 minute queue to register and get a number so that i can sign up for my plan, i got entertained by a service consultant when my number is called. She is very patient, and kept on explaining to my mother the various types of plan that she can take if she wanted a phone that comes attached with the plan. Being a typical consumer, my mum kept on asking for better deals, and the consultant kept on explaining to her the deals she is entitled to, as she has a corporate plan available for her.
If i were her, i would have just got very irritated and just finish up the explanation in a hurry, but she didn't. instead, she took her time in explaining things to my mum, and it took her 30 minutes of her time just to do that. Eventually, my mum made do with a classic plan, cos she don't call that much, and it comes with a phone.
I am really glad that such a consultant is present in this hello! shop, and i really thank her for the hospitality that day.
All in all, singtel really does give you good service. If you want exemplary service, feel free to come and be entertained by the consultants here. They are quite polite, particularly this consultant i am talking about, which i forgot her name.
