The decor of this restaurant is reminiscent of the interior of a ship in the olden days. However, it is not very large, and during lunch many of its tables are reserved for the office crowds. So go early if you want to grab a good seat, unless you want to be left waiting at the bar.
Try the set lunch as it is value for money. Most of the other items are pricer. However you can add $5 to a main course to enjoy a set meal with soup, drink & dessert. Don't expect anything extraordinary, the soup, dessert are ordinary and you will probably enjoy better quality food at Delifrance or Jack's Place for the same price. The dessert I had that day was a scoop of ice-cream dumped into a silver tin ice-cream bowl. The presentation of its food lacked class, and cutlery could do with improvement.
Overall, the main course was edible.
