Horrible food. Very disorganized staffs.
After waiting for more than an hour, the manager (a woman wearing home clothes) told us that the appetizer that we ordered is not available.
Our main courses that we ordered came only after 45mins of waiting. And their so called 'best ramen' was Horrible! Their staffs are inexperience and it's really obvious that their kitchen is not equip to handle a half-filled restaurant. The female manager has no idea what's going on in her restaurant.
Obviously my table wasn't the only one unhappy with the service and food provided as one table was still waiting for their food after waiting for more than 1 hour and another table was shouting at the waitress for horrible food.
In conclusion, I will not be returning to that restaurant ever again. I'll be paying the same price at sushi tei and getting food that are much higher in quality.
