This prawn noodle stall sell one of the best prawn mee in Singapore. It is located near to the formal jackson centre.

It is a coffeshop that sell ONLY PRAWN MEE. And it is a must to try. The soap is cooked with prawn and when the prawn is de-shelled, they actually fried the prawn shell and throw it back into the soap to make the stock. ( This is what I heard of) So the soup was richly yummy. Add a little bit of the chilli powder and you have a power-packed soup.

The stall also has a lot of variety to its mee. got pig intenstine, abalone clams, pig tail (my fav ^^), pork ribs. The meat is sealed with the flavour from the soup and yet, it is not tough. I think all ah ma can also easily eat them. It tears away from the bone easily. The intenstine doesn't have that 'shit' taste in them, if you tried the ones in Korat, you know what I meant.

The stall operates in the morning by the younger brother, which is from 6.30am to somewhere 3-5 pm, then the older brother will take over. And you can even eat it at 2am in the morning. ^^

However, there are some draw backs which prevented me from giving it 5 stars. first is the price. Normal is $3.50, but it doesn't give you any kick. for a deserving bowl of prawn noodle, the price starts at $5.00. The dry version is too oily for me, but it taste good cos they use pork oil and a lot of fried onions. I prefer the soup version as the soup is what makes the noodle ticks. so head down and try it out. ^^

When I was dating my wife, she used to live in AMK. That where I got the chance to get to try out one of the best curry puffs in Singapore.

Maybe the only things that set it apart is that you SELDOM find a cold curry puff there. Before you knew it, the curry puff would be snap up and you got to wait for the new batch of curry puffs finishing their swim in the golden sea lol.

Maybe that why they taste so great. Hot, crispy on the outside and moist, potato mashes filled with chunky chicken bites on the inside.

but once it cools down, don't try it. Reheat it in the microwave to relive that yummy taste. Cold curry puff will not taste good, as with all other food. Happy eating guys and ladies ^^

The chinese name for this is 'Bai Gu Yuan' which mean 100 mushroom park. I went there to celebrate Valentine's day.

What greeted me was something which I was totally not ready for.

First the service is TOP CLASS. I was like... how do I eat this... where do I begin. Fear not, the waiteress there will advise you that. They will even explain to you the various mushroom and they benifits they have on your immune system.

The food is simply delicious. Put it simply, mushroom never taste so great lol. The soup was clear while Mushroom Treasure Rice is yummy. And you got a variety of menu to choose from. Beef, fish, mutton and vegetarian set. They all taste so good.

so head down and try them ^^

Wonderful place for dinning with friends or family. Weekend they serve buffet style food. Eat all you want. From dim sum to japanese sushi to traditional chinese food to Sichuan noodle. Try them all and if you are still hungry, try their dessert.

Weekdays they served buffet but in a "order they serve" type. Not those you go and self service.

Food wise, they are good. Tasty and catering to our asian taste buds. The food portion is just nice but well its BUFFET isn't it, order and order till you find you can't stomach them anymore lol.

so go, try it and leave your review here. they derserved it. ^.^

This resturant has a coffee shop style outlet in Hougang Ave 7, Blk 356.

Must try their prata, nice and crispy, the curry is tasty but not overwhelming. Everyday, they serve different hawker style food such as Kway chap, Lor Mee, Prawn mee, Laksa, Longtong etc... Be there early on Friday. they serve dry mee and its delicious. The black sause and chili is one of the best. Taste best with mee pok or mee kia.

They also serve traditional Chap chai Rice, with large variety of food to choose from. They also have fried bee hoon and stuff like that.

At night, they have 'Zhi Char' where you can order all those familar dish such as sweet / sour pork, asam fish, curry fish, pig troutter in vinegar etc...

Overall, a family dinning place with good food at hawker center's price.
