I had been to many different salons, usually they will just cut the usual boring hairstyle and charge for whatever treatment. I have been a regular at lush for the last 2 years, i cut my hair monthly at lush under Alex. Even when i was an NSF, i would rather spend that money to cut at lush. He is rare species of stylist that seems to have new ideas for you every visit. And he always give honest recommendations about products and whether you really need it or not.

And i would say you will definitely love the hair wash there! haha.

Damage? For guys, it is below 30 for cut and wash.

Lady will definitely be much more costly and depends on the length too.

And Alex is director hair stylist, to be sure about his charges, you can make enquiries by calling them. But his schedules are always packed, so do book in advance.

There is also a nails service there, never try it. Maybe the ladies that tried it can write the review about it.

    Thumbs up!

Great place to chill out. There on a friday and unXpected is playing. Had been to their performance at wala wala before. The atmosphere is good, but it will definitely be better if it is air-conditioned, as everyone know how stuffy it can be in a non-aircon place like this.

Long queue and usually only left the seat at the bar. Please avoid too near to the tree at the bar, my bag got attacked by ants. I guess it will be worse after a rain.

Tried their pizza, its nice. Worth my ten over bucks.

Drinks wise, i had only some cocktails and beers. The price is quite reasonable if you really do not mind the heat.

As for me, i can anytime pay this price and go wala wala and still enjoy the performance from UnXpected.

The concept is ideal in a country with cool weather, but definitely not for me in singapore.

The "Bao"s are really nice, especially Char Siew Bao, the bao is soft and the fillings are chewy! Yum! Yum! The fillings for the char siew bao is different the the typical char siew bao, you can find elsewhere, its not red, but dark soya sauce colour. It is must try!

I also tried the Har Gow(prawn dumping), but i think this is really a letdown. I did not know that Har Gow has no prawn inside. They change the fillings to meat fillings, they should have told me that before i even order. But it should be called Bak Gow( meat Dumpling ) then. No doubt, it is still nice.

Try only if you love bao!

One of the nicest Bak Chor Mee that you can find in singapore. Only served with soup base. I personally feel that the soup is th e one that make it taste so nice and tasty, i think if they are going to serve in "dry", i think he will starts to lose customers. Also notice that the standard did drop by a bit recently, the noodles seems to be overcooked. Well, maybe of the long queue, but that does not give the reason of not maintaining the standard.

Please take note, there are 2 of them side by side, i usually eat the one at the left. Tried both, concluded that the one at the right is not as nice as the left.

Should try if you love Bak Chor Mee, as it is not the best, but definitely one of the best.
