My family and I were at this restaurant about a month ago. We did enjoy the fresh tasting mussels but we were deeply disappointed with their service. The restaurant was only half-filled that night. Our children's meals came within 15 minutes but the mussels we ordered came after an hour. We were then told that the order went "missing" thus the delay. (I wonder how its so when the kids orders came through.) We waited another 20 minutes and our main course never arrived albeit 2 reminders so we cancelled it. The waiting made us lose our appetite and the kids had already taken their dinner. No apologies whatsoever from the manager when we left. I don't think I will want to go there again. [Read more] |
