       My Paper Article
Doggie Wardrobe appeared in the Chinese Newspaper - My Paper (Wo Bao) during National Day, as they had a in house designed, patriotic Bandana, esp for the occassion. You can hardly find "Singaporean"Dog design in Singapore, i guess this will be the first!

The clothings ranges from $10 (Clearance items) to $29.90. Not those kind of typical singlets and tees, but more of elaborate designed kinds! There is the kinky nurse wear, which is actually sweet, and not kinky la! Army wear, Japanese wear and of cos, the most hyped Wedding designs. Talk abt man's best friend, You can walk down the aisle with your pet in your arm as your bridesmaid/groom mates, dressed in a wedding gown or tuxedo!

Usually they uses internet banking and mailing for purchases. Sometimes you can find them at bazaars, like the previous ones in Suntec and The Cathay. Do check out the website for more information!

         Fruits Fondue   Muddy Cake
Quietly tucked in a corner of Holland Village, we almost missed its existence!

Went for a chill out session for desserts and my friend mentioned that the place is cosy. But it seemed like the cosy part had been renovated away.

Service: Slow on a saturday night. Perhaps we were sitting on the 2nd floor. Luckily it is pretty packed still, and we still see servers walking around. Else we have to go downstairs to call them? Our Ice water was served like 15 to 20 mins after we ordered our stuff. But the waitress apologised. Dessert was even slower. We had fruits fondue and muddy chocolate cake. Well, they do not need to be cooked, but it still took very long! Anyway luckily we were engrossed in our chatting to notice the time!

Dessets: Portion was big. Value for money. Prices are affordable. Love the choco from the fondue! The muddy cake was BIG and we couldnt really finish the plate with 3 girls!

What i like about their curry puff is that they are always piping hot to eat.

You dun get cold and un-crispy curry puff. The skin are always so nice to chew in with a light crunch at the sides. And yes, steaming hot potato inside with the nice curry mix which makes you drool for more.

One thing that they could improve is the portion of meat. I have eaten meatier ones and Tip Top doesn't seem to top at this particular meaty point. Too bad the meaty curry puff stall had closed down.. Sighz.

but then.. kudos for steamy hot curry puffs!

Verdict: Better than old chang kee!

I was a regular at All Pets & Aqualife Clinic.

I guess i was a regular everywhere cos of my sickly dog! =x

I always go for Dr Chua there. Highly recommended for his conscientious and care for your pets, but he seldom do consultations now though. Have to book an early appointment for him.

I like the way they break down the receipt of your consultations. At least you know the name of the medicine you are feeding and the individual charges!

Staffs are polite and nice. So far have not heard any rude voice across the phone and across the counter.

Parking wise is abit headache especially during peak hours due to the location of the vet at the famous Prata place.

Parsnip Cream Soup with Truffle Oil and Sauteed Scallops   Rigatoni Pasta Tossed in Crustacean Oil, Shaved Bottarga, Tiger Prawns, Seaweed and Arugula Salad   Grilled Yorkshire Pork Rack with Honey-Glazed Snow Peas, Granny Smith Apple and Oven Roasted Potato Raspberry Vinegar Glaze   Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
Friend invited me for a lunch treat at Le Papillon.

We had an appetiser, soup, 2 mains and a dessert.

Freshly Picked Mud Crab and Pear Salad
Cherry Tomato, Tomato Jam and Bocconcini “mini mozzarella”

This is superb! The tomato jam is very nice and if i was mistaking it for Papaya cream or something. But its light and creamy. nice! The middle portion was the salad and crab meat. The crab meat was a big wholesome chuck, not bits and pieces as what u might expect. Nice. The only thing is, i forgotten the pictures for this and tucked into my appetiser greedily already!

Le Papillon Parsnip Cream Soup with Truffle Oil and Sautéed Scallops The soup is nice, with a slight taste of parsnip. Tastes Fresh to the buds. I love the scallop! It is so fresh and flavorsome! Can't resist biting into the fat and juicy piece of scallop! I wanted more!

Rigatoni Pasta Tossed in Crustacean Oil, Shaved Bottarga, Tiger Prawns, Seaweed and Arugula Salad
We had a complimentary small plate of this, since the main course wasn't arriving yet. It looks as good as the picture! Pasta cooked to the right texture and big and fresh tiger prawn. But the prawn could be crunchier i guess..

Le Papillon Grilled Yorkshire Pork Rack with Honey-Glazed Snow Peas, Granny Smith Apple and Oven Roasted Potato Raspberry Vinegar Glaze
Heard that this was the special in the house. The pork was delightfully grilled and smells heavenly, though the aroma is not as strong as chinese roasted pork. Not as tough as i expected, but it could be juicier and softer i guess. The apples and purple sweet potato are a good combi to the meat. Yummy.

Le Papillon Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream
Wonderful piece of cake, the cake is not very sweet, but it has warm flowing chocolate in the inside! A Chocolate lover like me simply can't resist =)

Ambience: Went for Lunch. So did not get to see the night ambience. But lunch ambience was, normal to my opinion. Not very exaggerated furnishing. Simple.

Pricing: It was free lunch for me, but i guess it would set most ppl back by around 30 for their lunch menu. Quite worth a deal i guess!

Transport: Near Maxwell market. Parking lots just behind the Red Dot building.

Verdict: Might go back again for other items on the lunch menu since lunch is quite affordable!
