I visited the clinic once a few years ago for acne spots. I spent about $700 on my 1st & only visit.

I went for the LP treatment, cost about $300 for a 15 min or less treatment. First, you will be pampered by his clinical assistant, who will make you lie on a couch and proceed to cleanse your face. Next Dr Low will use his state-of -the-art machine to shoot read laser rays onto your face. I experience hot sensations, but it wasn''t painful or very uncomfortable.

Then you will be advised to avoid the sun for the next couple of weeks. Skin look somewhat more refined, with smaller pores, but acne spots remain.

1 treatment will definitely not cure you of your skin ailments.

The nurse then persuade me to buy their inhouse skincare range which cost few hundreds dollars for a whitening cream, toner, and 1 more item.

Visit this clinic only if you have deep pockets.

A few weeks later, my skin developed red patches after standing close to, but not directly under the sun, for 30 mins. I didn't dare visit the clinic again. No serious harm was done to my skin though, it recovered after a week or so after a GP visit. But my acne spots didn''t improve significantly after using Dr Low skincare products.

I visited the Bistro Delifrance outlet at Jurong Point for the $7.90 set lunch.

Personally I won't dine there if it wasn't for the set lunch, as I think most of the items are rather pricey, except for the pastry.

Anyway, so far I tried the "Grilled Chicken with Mushroom Sauce" & " Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti". Both items were nice, in moderate portions.

The Soup was Minestrone. But I thought it was too watery, would have been better if it was creamier like those in Jack's Place. The original price was $4.50, a real rip-off if you ask me.

The dessert was a small slice of cake.

On the whole, it was worth it with 4 items in small & moderate portions. And the main course is usually delicious.

This is my friend's experience at the store.

She was at the outlet to purchase a packet of milk. When she went to the cashier to make payment, a lady customer was before her in the queue to make bill payment. As she was only purchasing a single item, my friend enquired the cashier if she could have her turn first. Immediately the lady customer turned upon my friend and began lashing out at her of trying to cut the queue. At this point, a second cashier came to attend to my friend. My friend made payment and walked out of the store.

After some thought, my friend decided to return to complain about the matter to the person-in-charge. But the lady customer was still in the store, and my friend heard her telling other customers as well as the service staff that she was cutting the queue. At the heat of the moment, my friend scolded her back, and she threatened to call the police. During all this while, the 3 service staff there merely kept silent and made no attempt to restrain the lady customer in question, in speaking ill of or making false accusation of my friend. The cashier did not even clarify that my friend did not cut the queue, and was only asking if she could have her turn first as she was making a quick purchase, as opposed to a bill payment which will take longer. Such requests, I believe, are quite common in many shopping queues.

Do all of you think the staff should have step in to resolve the matter?

My friend sent an email to complain, they replied that they will look into the matter. But it has been 1.5 month since and they never got back to her.
