I agree with you, i m a customer too. I feel that it is strange how the consultants who are doing your skin can change so frequently. I did 5 4 treatment in all and so many consultants had touched my face. I am not sure if they know what is wrong with my face n wat is needed. I bought their products too, the washing gel for oily skin n it is making the edge of my scalp, along the hairline dry and flaky. I have yet to bring this up to the manager as she was the one who sold me the package. The reason is they say she is busy and will not be able to attend to me and instead get a substitute to what i know, is under studying her. How can we get a refund if we don't wish to continue?
