    11. Lido Cineplex

    I don't really like going to lido cineplex to watch movie. I always have a bad impression of lido cineplex. This is because the last time i went to that place there was this awful toilet or rotten rat smell. The smell was so terrible that i wasn't able to sit still in the movie hall. Lucky some other audience went outside to buy air freshner. The entire movie hall suddenly became fresher and active once again. I also think the cleaners that were cleaning the movie hall was not efficient enough. When i went there there were still popcorn left on the floor unclean. Well, i really prefer GV or Cathay more than lido. I am willing to pay more to have a comfy movie journey.

      I've been to the central library about 3 times already.

      Instead of going to the normal sections i prefer to the Lee Kong Chian Reference Library. There i get to read and use information on singapore for my social studies project. Besides that there are also some limited edition articles which are not allowed to be borrowed out.

      In fact Lee Kong Chian reference library is like a gold mine. One can really dig out lots of gold out of it.

      Oh and i also like the han's cafe that is located right outside the library. Its really convenient when you are deciding to spend your entire day at the library. At least you can grab your meal without going back to bugis area plus the food is nice and quite affordable.

        I like the esplanade concert hall. In fact, i am quite happy and lucky that i was able to perform both at the concert hall and the theatre hall. The back stage is awesome and the esplanade has really good facilities. But i remembered that there were some stage effects that they could not produce due to safety issues.( not really sure about that since it was my teacher who said that) But in anycase, the sound system and lighting effects are really superb. But one thing which i dont like is that the venue rental is quite pricey and thus the tickets sold to our audience is quite high too. Besides that, there is only one door which allow us to visit the performers. Thus everytime after the performance the backstage door will be overcrowded by people which can be really irritating at times.

          Oh i went to the ACM for the Kangxi exibition too. But i got to know about that exhibition because of my friends who went there to perform. They actually went there to perform chinese dance to the music composed and sung by Jay Chou QingHuaci. I was quite happy that i went with them as i got a chance to see all the artifacts and there was also a free icecream given to those that went. It was indeed a one good experience that one should not have missed. Knowing about our chinese history is how we can try to make ourselves constantly remember about our cultural roots.

            15. Threadless Tees

            I like Type tee-shirts. Nowadays they are so popular that even students can easily make them as them class tee or CCAtee. I am a dancer hence we have tee-shirts that says "so. you think you can dance?" and others saying "I AM A DANCER". I think Type tees are daring and brings out the liveliness in the person that wears them. Plus, they are easy to design. Thus, i strongly encourage students who are looking for people to design their class tees to have type tees instead. the impression that the tee shirt gives to other people is really great.
