Me and my family checked in into Brisdale hotel somewhere in December last year. The pictures on the website shows a nicely decorated twin room, however it is more than it seems.At the first glance, everything was nice and okay,but as you look at the desk and bed closer, horror!
Baby cockroaches could be spotted scuttling around and the wooden headboard of the bed housed 3 bedbugs.
We were staying on a superior twin room on the 16th(highest floor) and I must admit that the view from the room is great (KL tower and the famous twin towers could be seen). There are pros to the hotel too, there was free wifi connection at the lobby and the breakfast was good.
The swimming pool pictured was a joke,it was more of a wading pool.
