Candy empire. It reminds me of the sweet shop just across the streets where i live in the past. This shop sells literally candy, and of course a girl's most favourite treat, chocolates!
All those delectable treats are quite expensive though, but some of them are only sold there, such as the jelly beans from the jelly bean factory. I will never fail to buy one bottle every time i went to vivocity.
The chocolates there are quite nice too! and there is a whole range of variety present in the shop. you can find anything from common chocs you can find in the supermarket to gourmet chocs that costs 20 over dollars for a packet of it. trust me, its expensive, but worth it if you are a chocolate fan.
Overall, Candy empire is a shop you can go to with the average service of a typical shop. If you want delectable treats, candy empire is quite a nice place to go to. Warning: do not get addicted to buying too much chocs and sweets. your wallet will decay faster then your teeth do. trust me.
Rating: 4/5 (a nice place to go to, if you know wad to buy and wad not to buy)

I LOVE CANDIIESSSS of all sorts. From chocolate the sore throat candies, I love them all.
So, it's no wonder I give Candy Empire @ Vivo City stars, right?
Vivo City is soooo freakin' crowded, so I don' quite like going there too often.
But, on entering the shop, you'll probably forget the crowd entirely.
Stacks and stacks of yummy candy... At a reasonable price at that. There's even potato chips and cookies and biscuits sold there, too.
My favourite products in Candy EMpire is the Honey Eucalyptus sweet from Nestle. It's hard candy outside with honey inside! Yummy!
Next is the mini kinder eggs. They may be small, and there's no toy in it like it's bigger version, but who care's? It's sooo cute, and , most importantly delicious.
My, my, you'll probably 10kg just by walking into Candy Empire! [:

MY FAVOURITE SHOP!
I love Candy Empire for all the chocolates, candies and biscuits, some of which you can't find in supermarkets.
The have a wide range of chocolates; so much so that you'll be spoilt for choices which to buy. All of them are quality guaranteed, imported from countries like Australia and New Zealand.
The only thing is that their product's prices are considerably higher than those in supermarkets like NTUC or Shop and Save. So everytime after i leave the shop, I would always have burnt a big hole in my pocket. But it's worth it, for i love chocolates=DD

This place inspires candylust.
It was like a scene from charlie and the chocolate factory but in its real life candy glory.
However, being not overly fond of assorted candies, I chose to grab a bag of honey macadamia. Surprisingly, I wasnt overpriced, and after you weigh it all out it costs about the same as in the supermarkets.
The honey coating of the nuts were not cloyingly sweet but strangly with a hint of salt. Unusual but addictive.

Time for me to write a review in a long while, and I shall start with this since I have no clue what other places to review as yet.
Tucked at the very junction between the exit of Harbourfront Station and the basement walkway, lies this delightful place called Candy Empire.
The second branch since Millenia Walk, this place offers what the name suggest, CANDIESSS!! You can find all sorts of candies here. Products ranges from chocolates, gummies, lollipops, sweets, biscuits, chips and many more.
I am not pretty sure about the rest but I do know that most of their chocolates and sweets are imported from Australia. That explains the difference in price if comparing those that can be found in the supermarkets. Pricing could be a factor that drives people away, especially at such time with all that inflation going on. But for those who are candy lovers, pricing is thrown out of the windows. A must visit for all sweet toothed angels.
What I would comment is that if you are looking for the common products such as Mars, Snickers and Crunch commonly found in supermarkets, avoid purchasing here. I would come here to buy products that are not that common, or only available in Australia which is specially imported in. My favourite hunt here would be the Mars Pods, Smith's Potato Chips and the Mint Flavoured M&Ms.
Otherwise, just come by and take a look. You might end up finding that special something even if you may not come with the intention to buy. Happy Snacking!

Candy Empire sell different flavours of chocolates, sweets and more....The moment i stepped into the shop, it given me a feeling which is.....Die Die Must Try...Die Die Must Buy...Why am i happened to has this feeling? As to a person who likes eating chocolates like me, it makes you irresistable!!! No matter..you have try it..or not, you would wish to buy it again in Candy Empire..
As for the prices...it can be said that it is really twice the amount which you buy it at supermarkets.....
I bought one bar of chocolate which cost about $2.50!!!!!
Supermarkets only sell at $1 plus....Isn't is more cheaper ?!!?? But there are people like me....like to buy it at such a X prices!!!
No matter whether they are selling at a promotions or offer...it still feels X to me...
