Pepper Lunch (Isetan Scotts)

Each time I go shopping at Shaw, something remains totally constant: The crazy long queue at Pepper Lunch that extends even outside the shop itself! I like Pepper Lunch (my favourite item is still the good ol' Beef Pepper Rice- I can't stand the bean sprouts in some of their other items), but I did not quite get the hype. Most Pepper Lunch outlets I have visited are usually slightly full, but not totally packed.
That was until I heard from a friend that the meat (beef) there was way nicer than other outlets. It hit me- Of course! The ingredients are probably nicer since this joint is located near Isetan Supermarket, famous for it's awesome meats, some from Japan.
Okay, my guess may not be right, but another obvious reason is the menu. Some items sold here, are not sold in other outlets! All I have to say is : Wow. Not many shops can create a massive queue like that, so well done! :)
