I went to the Coslab outlet at Westmall a few times for Eyebrow shaving. Each time I was served immediately although I didn't make an appointment, perhaps it is because I usually drop by on a weekday afternoon.
The service you receive really depend on the beautician attending to you, some are really professional and spend more time to do a good job, while others are less conscientious. But so far I haven't had any bad experience with them.
Eyebrow shaving only cost about $5.50, while Eyebrow plucking is roughly $10. This is cheaper than Jean Yip which charges $13 whether it is shaving or plucking.

I went to get my brows done some time ago. It was a busy evening for them, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes before it was my turn.
I didn't make an appointment though, so I can't really complain about that, although I do wish they would tell me that it was 30 minutes, instead of assuring me that I would only be waiting for 15 minutes.
So I did my brows, and it was good. I've done my brows at many, many places, and this place was one of the better ones.
Some places just want to get it over and done with, and do a really slipshod job. But the lady that was doing my brows was really meticulous and friendly, and she was explaining to me how one of my brows is just a little higher than the other.
I'd def go back again if I'm around the area! :)

I did a walk-in for some eye-brow trimming, I took the shaving option as it was cheap. The ambiance is relaxing and all I had to do was to lie down on the bed while the lady did her stuff.
After the trimming, I noticed that my left eyebrow was slightly higher in arch than the right. Perhaps, I have used that left eyebrow to arch too much and thus, the result.
I have rather high eyebrows and while the shape was nice, I didn't fancy the uneven heights of the eyebrows. The good thing is that they are not hard selling and during the trimming session, the lady suggested that I should go for eyebrow embroidery. I have yet to take up her suggestion.

Few days ago i went down to Coslab locator at Suntec which they claim to be a MEDISPA!!! I was really very pissed off with their services over there when i first enter it was still alright n i was being serve by a beautician by the name of FONG her attitudute was still ok in the first place but when she started the facial i was like OMG is this a facial??? i was nv enjoying thoughout the session the way she cleanse my face n the way how fast the treatment ends n the worst part is her massage was terrible n during the session she was doing a very hard sell which i think many ppl hated it i just keep quiet n ingore anyway i just regret i ever step in. After the treatment i was ask to this room for consult can u imagine how the manager by the name of LISA talk to the customers with the arms folder n giving u a very sickening look like... anyway i just hope the management can do something and look into this matter... This is not the correct way or neither right attidute.. Can anyone give me the correct email so that i can also send an email to let them know this matter.(Im just too disappointed as i throught Coslab MEDISPA should give ppl a very relaxing place and they claim their boss is actually a doctor... Sad to say this..

Plucking, Threading, Shaving, Colouring, Tattoo, etc... These are just some of the various things you can do to your brow... or some call it EYE BROWN.....
But its important that your brows are fixed neatly as it frames your beautiful eyes and enhances your entire look.
I have my brow reshaped as and when. As you know when we pluck and maintain our brow, accidents do happen. Either you pluck to much or it went out of shape or it looked like some kind of SAVANNA when there patches of sparse grass growing all over. I had mine brow reshaped yesterday at COSLAB.
It was quick... I entered the salon without making an appointment and this lady served me. After making clear of what i wanted she brought me into this small room look alike cubicle and i was made to lie down on this comfy bed. She then proceeded to do my brows. It was quick and the bed was comfy. I like the fact that she don't talk much so that i could relax and enjoy the ambience.
After plucking, she took a shaver and shaved some parts of the baby hair off... Personally i dislike that as I stated I wanted to pluck. Shaving makes the baby hairs grows out quicker then usual and its so tiny, you couldn't pluck them no more. But when I left, they did not persuade me to buy any packages with them or complained about how bad my trouble areas are and make me sign one of their slimming packages.. Oops...
When I went to the loo after I left, I realised my brows were a little crooked... its like one side is higher then the other. I was so pissed.... But then again I wonder if the brows are crooked or my face is crooked.... Hmph...
