crystal jade (great world city) is one of my favourite outlet! (not so sure about the other crystal jade in great world but the la mian xiao long bao is surely one of the best in both taste and service).

the xiao long bao comes hot and steamy, and at the first bite you can taste the soup. (if its not so hard, eat one at a go and it feels simple like paradise). it's addictive. the staff working in crystal jade la mian xiao long bao is also very friendly, and good in service as well. (esp an old uncle there, he can even speak japanese and joke to us about it).

i personally think the dry noodles are better than the soup noodles, and my favourite is fried noodle with seafood.

another top dish of my list is the sai pang xie, crab meat with egg. top it up with a little vinegar and pepper, stir it well and it comes with a superb taste. anyone whom goes to crystal jade should give it a try.

however sometimes some of the soup leaks out of the xiao long bao before you can eat it. but still the tender soft meat inside is a plus point.
