Friendly Service, One of the Best Caterers I had so far

I chanced upon Deli Hub when a relative of mine catered with Neogardens in which Deli Hub is their subsidary company which offered Halal catering. Neogardens is non-halal apparently. Neo gardens catering was great and thus my expectations for Deli Hub was also as high.

I catered for Economical high tea at $4 pax for 70 for a tea reception. The delievery of food was delayed partly due to my location. The food I ordered were their Eclairs, Sotong Yu Tiao, Karrage Chicken, Siew Mai (Chicken), and Hong Kong Fried noodles.

The Yu Tiao tasted similar to Neogardens version. Eclair was very popular, creamy and still cold inside. Chicken Karrage was a bit hard though a bit over fried. Siew Mai professionally done with great display quality (they were displayed nicely on Tim sum racks on a steamer). Hong Kong noodles a bit oily but not burnt :) and also at a generous proportion.

Service was great. Amount generous. I am generally quite happy. Display clean, neat and professionally done.
Will definitely cater again.
