I attended a wedding solemnization (with Hi-Tea reception) in this hotel on a Saturday afternoon. The room is at level 5, the same level as the swimming pool. When I first entered the hotel, the hotel staff were friendly and even offered a chocolate for my daughter.
The view of the room is facing the greenery. The window facing the greenery is full length glass (from ceiling to ground), which made the room looked bigger and brighter.
The food for the Hi Tea is pretty good, especially the fried chicken drumlets! Food include the fried bee hoon, sandwiches, siew mai, har gao, spring rolls etc. The coffee was good too, even though it’s self-serviced (usually coffee is served by hotel staff in other hotels).
The waiting staff were quite attentive too. One of them passed my daughter a children pack (colouring cards and colour pens) too. I personally think their service is worth mentioning.
