For dessert, I and my class decided to visit Haagen Dazs to try on their chocolate fondue. Overall, I find that it is an interesting experience, dipping the food, especially the ice-cream in the warm chocolate, watching it hardened due to the coldness of the ice-cream and eating it in one big mouthful!! Haha, but truly speaking, the food is just average. For 16 scoops of mini ice-cream; slices of bananas, green apples and straw berries; chocolate brownies and cookies, set at a price of almost $50 a set, I find that it is quite expensively charged. In addition, you have to remember to finish the ice-cream quickly (recommended under 10 minutes) or else risk seeing it turning into a puddle of melted mess. =p Luckily for me, the whole class decided to chip in to share the cost so.... it is just all right. If you are interested to try for experience sake, I recommend that you have at least 5 people sharing a set, or else, you probably should give it a miss as there are other nicer food on the menu other than the fondue.

For their service, I find that they are acceptable and meet my expectation. Waitress promptly shows us to our seats and iced water are quickly filled up if they are half full. Our orders came quickly too (under 10 minutes if my memory didn't failed me).

Too bad my class only tried their chocolate fondue. As I find it too expensively charged and given the food is just average, I had to give it a bad rating (not recommended to order or try it).

At first glance, I noticed that it is a rather small place but there is still enough space to squeeze around and we managed to get a table to seat 11 people.

The iced water was served pretty fast. After placing our orders, the waitresses proceeded to place the paper napkins and we decided to do it ourselves since there wasn't enough space. It took them off guard.

We ordered 7th Heaven, brownie and waffle with ice cream. For 7th Heaven, we could select the 7 flavours that we like and we chose Cookies & Cream, Rums & Raisins, Green Tea, Strawberry Cheesecake, Belgian Chocolate, Mango Sherbet and Berry something.

The ice cream were good except Rums & Raisins. Personally, I don't really like Rum & Raisins. It tasted weird. My personal favourites are Cookies & Cream, Mango Sherbet and Green Tea.

The chairs were comfortable but the space was a challenge to navigate through other tables before you can enter the place if it is full.

Have you ever been to a cafe that has more than 10 staffs in the shop and ready to serve and attend your needs anytime. Well, i literally enter into one of them. This cafe seems abit crowded when i stepped into them on a saturday noon. Thou crowded, i was being led to my seats pretty fast.

The menus as well as the iced water came pretty fast too. Well, guess the large number of staffs indeed bring up the efficiency of the service here. :)

Upon deciding the item to order from the beautifully printed menu, i decided to call upon one of the staffs. However, before i can raise up my hands to ask for assistance, one of the staffs had immediately came over. Till now, i am still wondering, just how could their staffs read my mind. Well, perhaps 'attentive' is a more appropriate word to describe them.

As for the food, have ordered the 'flower blossom'. Bascially this creation, consists of six different flavour scope of ice cream, fresh fruits, wafer basket and with some chocolate and passionfruit sauce. I simply loved the flexibility that one get in ordering each creation.

Take for example, for the case of flower blossom, i am allowed to choose each ice cream flavour on my own. Some of the flavours which i choose include the mango and passionfruit, strawberry, cookies and cream, macadamia, etc. Personally, i loved the macadamia nut ice cream the best, with a strong macadamia smell and together with the chopped macadamia nut, its simply the best combination of ice cream.

Overall, this dining experience was a pretty good and enjoyable one. Staffs were pretty attentive to each of their customers needs. One of them even ask us hows our food. The other kept refilling my plain water when it has become less than half a cup. These small little actions has definitely make my dining experience much more enjoyable....
