I finally had time to try this as the queue is always sooo long. Its one of the more popular stalls in this hawker center and boy is it worth the wait.
They serve mostly sliced fish in soup, noodles, porridge and any other combinations you can think off. I had the dried seafood noodles because its rather warm and I wouldn't want something hot in my tummy. After a 5 mins queue, I finally managed to order my noodles and it was ready in a quick 3 mins.
The seafood noodles ($3) was of very good value as its a pretty good portion with 2 fishballs, many slices of extremely fresh and 2 whole prawns, i must say slightly smaller than a medium sized prawn peeled and sweet. The noodles are well made to the right texture and chew factor, the fish balls were bouncy and yummy and the slices of fish, smooth, flavourful and extremely fresh. The prawns were a great value as they were pretty large for the price paid, sweet, fresh and easy to eat (peeled). The accompanied soup tasted flavourful and not salty at all but savoury and nice.
Its a healthy meal and super worth it. My choice of a breakfast or lunch meal. Its not easy to find fish soup that is $3 with so many slices of fresh good quality fish.
