I have gotten the absolute WORST haircut in my life from Jovina Yap of Jovinicci. It's almost three weeks since her 'chop job' and friends are still commenting on this rotten cut. It's really embarrassing!
We estimate, based on the speed that my hair grows, that it will take anywhere from 6 to 9 months to grow out. I've contacted all the relevant agencies in Singapore, but it seems as though no one regulates the training and quality of hair cuts in Singapore - all you need is a business license.
Go there at your own peril.
