I have visited 6 Kelly Hair Salon group's outlets, namely TPY (Central), Hougang (Central), Serangoon (North), Yushun (Chong Pang), Yew Tee (MRT) and Jurong (west). I was impressed by the hair salon outlet design especially Jurong West outlet - classy (as I never thought HDB area will have such salon design). As for their services, which I have tried hair cut, dying, highlighting and scalp treatment, I see consistency. On top of what I have done, my wife also has tried rebonding. They great thing about them is, Kelly will serve for free if you felt not satisfied with end result even after weeks. To single out the best skill hairstylist, Jennifer is the best (who is willing to travel to any outlet to serve you - which is great for me as I have shifted from Hougang to AMK). Henry, one of the partner has great service. Though he is one of the top 3 finalist of Mediacorp star search, most TV viewers do not has the chance to experience his charm. But if you drop by TPY or Jurong outlerts, you may be lucky to bump into him; humble, jovial and great sense of humor. Last but not least, during promotion window, their price can be jaw dropping ($8 haircut by Senior Hairstylist; S$15 for wash & cut-any length, $99 rebonding with Shiseido products any length)..... watch out as this will save you a lot during this economy downturn.
